A grieving therapist begins to tell his clients exactly what he is thinking. Disregarding his training and ethics, he finds himself making a big difference in people’s lives – including his own. When Brett Goldstein, Jason Segel and Bill Lawrence were asked how they got Harrison Ford on the show, Segel said Goldstein originally wanted a "Harrison Ford type, " And the same people as Ford were going to audit. Segal told Goldstein that he wanted to at least bring it up to Ford, who he thought would immediately decline, but at least generate interest from other famous actors so others would hear that Harrison Ford had brought up the project.
The acting is superb
Eventually, Goldstein talked to Ford and sold him the role. Goldstein still doesn’t understand what he did to convince him, but is excited nonetheless.. I love how each character embraces their imperfections and shows vulnerability and uses humor for spiritual growth.
Is it perfect?
There are heartwarming moments, awkward moments, cute moments with gentle humor, and laugh-out-loud moments. I hope they keep doing this more seasons because it needs character development. no But none of us. I think the overuse of profanity takes away from the overall power potential here.
Definitely worth watching
It’s like the writers are forcing the show to be exciting. I personally don’t think it’s necessary. That’s why I gave it an 8. "What We Do in the Shadows" One of the biggest TV and streaming premieres of the month.
