Mahavir Singh Phogat: You must fight so that people remember you
Line of Events
Mahavir Singh Phogat, a former wrestler, decides to fulfill his dream of winning a gold medal for his country by preparing his daughters for the Commonwealth Games, despite existing social prejudices. “honor”; out of six girls, four of them were his own, and two were his brother’s. It is interesting that all of them won medals of one level or another! Teenage Babita is left-handed, and this is evident from the way she claps during Geeta’s matches with Dangal. But with age, she becomes right-handed, and this can be seen by the way she claps her hands during the Gita Commonwealth games.
they are not forgotten
If you win silver, sooner or later you will be forgotten. If you win gold, you will be an example, And examples are given, child… Do you see these girls? If you win tomorrow, you won’t win alone. Together with you, millions of girls like them will win.
Um, where to start?
This will be a victory for every girl who is considered inferior to boys; who are forced to do housework, who are married only to raise children. Tomorrow’s match is the most important. Because tomorrow we will fight not only with this Australian, but also with all those people who think less about girls. Shown at the 62nd Jio Filmfare Awards (2017). First Sir Aamira did it again
He has really good taste in choosing films. Not only the acting, even the battle walls were quite real for me. reel Geeta and Babita were simply amazing. There are certain moments when you will laugh out loud, get angry, feel emotions and, obviously, feel pride – this is what the film brings out of itself. I hope that this film will bring joy to the whole family and give an opportunity to see the potential of all daughters.
Is it worth it?
Hell yeah, the songs are pretty clever and awesome. Ps. I wanted the film to be a little longer.
