A maniac named Art the Clown terrorizes two friends and anyone else who gets in his way on Halloween. David Howard Thornton was the sixth to take on Art Clown after Mike Giannelli retired from the role and acting. As he listened, he began tasting the blood of his butchered victim, before adding salt to make it taste better. In the shots where Tara is taped shut, in some earlier shots the tape clearly doesn’t touch the bottom of her mouth, while in other shots it is tightly wrapped around both lips.

Have you ever watched a slasher movie and the characters make SO MANY STUPID CHOICES that you stop hoping they will get away with it and hope they will be put out of their misery? Yes, this movie is like that. Art the Clown is a plus because he is truly terrifying – great costume/makeup and excellent characterization on his part.

The movie does revisit some traditional killers, ie

But the victims ultimately committed the sin of forcing me to care if they lived or died. They weren’t bad concepts, just poorly executed (no pun intended). the killer and their motivation, so I don’t mind that at all for a slasher movie, but the characters stand out. Dumb choices are terrible no matter what type of movie it is.
